How we handle your information.
What we collect
When you enquire, we collect only what you give us: the type, location, size and status of your property, your name, your preferred contact method and, if you add them, a listing link or message.
How we use it
We use these details to review your property, reply to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to prepare a management proposal. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted unless a management agreement follows.
Forms and cookies
Our owner, referral, affiliate and careers forms are provided by a third-party service, which may set cookies to run them. What you send through a form is stored in our customer records. Applications, including any CV you upload, are used only to consider you for a role and are kept for recruitment purposes.
Maps
Property pages show a map from OpenStreetMap. Loading it shares your IP address and browser details with the map servers.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by writing to the address below.
