What we manage

The daily work of hosting, handled for you.

I

Preparing and presenting the property

We look at what the property needs to be guest-ready. We record the inventory, arrange the photography and write the listing truthfully, without exaggeration.

For you

The right guests book, and arrive expecting exactly what they find.

II

Managing bookings and guests

We set the pricing and the availability. We answer every enquiry and message. We handle arrivals and departures: access, check-in and the walk-through after each stay.

For you

You are never on call. Your calendar stays accurate and your guests are looked after from first message to last.

III

Coordinating property care

We schedule housekeeping and fresh linen between every stay and check the work ourselves. We organise maintenance promptly with partners we trust. Larger decisions come to you first.

For you

The property holds its standard, small problems stay small, and you decide anything that matters.

IV

Keeping you informed

We send a clear monthly account of bookings, income and expenses. You have the direct contact of the person responsible for your property.

For you

You know how the property is doing without asking, and you reach a person when you do.

The house standards

Five things we hold to in every property.

  1. I

Linen is pressed, never simply folded.

  2. II

Every arrival is prepared for the hour the guest arrives, not just the day.

  3. III

A guest’s question is answered by a person who knows the house.

  4. IV

Small repairs are made before they are noticed.

  5. V

The owner hears from us before they need to ask.

How it works

Four steps. Then five business days to open.

We ask for a few details and one completed checklist. We do the rest.

I

Share your property.

Tell us what it is, where it is, how large, and whether it hosts already. A listing link helps; it is not required.

II

Confirm the fit.

We review the location, the condition and what you need. Then we talk, privately, about how we would manage it.

III

Complete the handover.

You receive one checklist: the agreement, access, property information, availability and the documents we need.

IV

Launch.

We prepare and open the property over five business days. You receive the launch summary on the last.

The five-day launch

Handover on Monday. Open by Friday.

“Open” means published and bookable, with guest operations ready. The five-business day schedule applies to approved, guest-ready apartments and villas once the agreement is signed and the handover checklist is complete.

We confirm your launch date during the readiness review. Hotels follow an individually agreed transition.

  1. Day 1

    Inventory, access and photography

We record the inventory, set up access and photograph the rooms in daylight.

  2. Day 2

    Listings, pricing and house rules

We write and publish the listings for your approval. We set rates, availability and house rules with you.

  3. Day 3

    Guest communication and operations

We prepare the messages, the house book and the welcome. We brief housekeeping and linen.

  4. Day 4

    Final checks and booking setup

We walk the property a final time, test the bookings and align every calendar.

  5. Day 5

    Open for bookings

The listings open. Guests can book and we are ready to receive them. You receive the launch summary.

About Maison Liorenne

Hospitality begins long before the door opens.

Maison Liorenne is a luxury hospitality management company born from a deep regard for the traditions of classic hospitality. Through careful study of its customs and standards, we have found a philosophy we wish to carry forward: to receive people graciously, know a property intimately and take personal responsibility for its care.

We think of a well-kept house as a conversation between those who prepare it and those who arrive. Over time, small acts of attention become the things a guest remembers, and the reasons they return. For the owners who entrust us with their properties, that philosophy extends to the daily work: coordinating each stay, maintaining standards, communicating clearly and caring for the details that deserve their attention.

Every arrival is considered and every property is understood.

Owner questions

The questions owners ask first.

We would rather tell you plainly how we work than promise what we have not yet done. Terms are discussed privately, after we have seen the property.

Can you manage one apartment?

Yes. A single apartment is exactly the kind of property we set out to manage. Tell us about it and we will say honestly whether it suits hosting and what we would take care of.

Does the property need to be furnished?

It needs to be furnished and guest-ready before launch. If it is not there yet, we tell you what is missing during the readiness review so you can decide how to proceed.

Can you take over an existing listing?

Yes. Send us the link when you enquire. We review the listing, its reviews and its calendar, and agree how to transfer it without losing existing bookings.

Can I still use my property?

Yes. You keep the dates you want. Let us know in advance so bookings and housekeeping can be arranged around your stay.

How will I receive updates?

A monthly account of bookings, income and expenses, and the direct contact of the person responsible for your property for anything in between.

What happens after I enquire?

We reply with a few questions and, where it makes sense, a proposed time to talk. We then review the fit before discussing the management arrangement privately.

Tell us about your property.

A few details are enough to begin. We will reply with an honest view of the fit and a proposed next step.
